Don McClure Elected Pro Staff Of The Year 2006(NEWSLETTER)

This is the Decemeber newsletter for Reeltime Anglers and Delaware Tackle, Inc., and "open" letter to all bass anglers everywhere whomever you should be:

We had a great year and all the staff did an excellant job.

Reeltimeanglers are expanding their services even more in 2006, so be ready for some changes that are fair and give opportunity to all to win prizes, bonus money for tournaments, sponsorship, high quality DVD and downloads on the site in the "Premium Section", a new staff member that will impress you, and we are glad is coming aboard with us. We will keep who it is a secret till after the New Year, and then announce him formally, uh OH!..Did I say he? Could be a She?? The womens tour is something that is growing and changing and Reeltime Anglers and Delaware Tackle will have a lot to do with that area of the sport.

THINK HARD ABOUT THE NEXT TWO YEARS

Don McClure works harder than any other company's Pro Satff anywhere, and that is why he is being named Reeltime Anglers and Delaware Tackles "PRO STAFF OF THE YEAR". Runnerup was "New" Pro Staff Mac Lassiter.

All of us as anglers and businessmen and women have gone through a lot of changes, and some were good and some were bad, but I think we came out a little higher morally, and financially as a company here and as an Industry to be looked up to in the future. That job is a "Professional Angler!."

Nothing great ever came easy, but now all of us have an opportunity to change your own lives and future with the support of the FLW now and I am sure B.A.S.S., women in Bassmaster events and FLW, will all be the secure future we want.

Remember, something you never want to forget. "This Is Supposed To be Fun!" When it isn't, don't ever enter a tournament again! Just fish from a great boat and do something else. WE still have fun. We hope to help the ladies acheive their dreams through our advertising and possible sponsorship and web design help, and the growing Delaware Tackle Store, and the addition of our staff, especialy Don McClure, and you could never forget Chuck Warren who without him working as hard as he does for us, this wouldn't be possible. A big hand goes out to Chuck Warren and Don, for their consistent tournament finishes their first full year while putting together and maintaining many web sites for Chuck, to taking care of his daughter, home, full time job, and Administrator and guide duties at our site for Don, all at the same time.

Brian Keister, a double regional qualifier for the BFL in 2005, and a great promoter of our company, thanks, and Chuck Warren was also a regional qualifier in the BFL regionals on Kerr Lake this year.

A big hand goes out to both Chuck and Don, who without their help, Reeltimeanglers, Anglers Radio, and Bass lure Review would not be possible.

Thanks to Mac Lassiter, and our Junior Pro Staff, the forums are accurate and a little more active, and they have done a fine job.

We would also like to announce that Don McClure has been selected as "Pro Staff Angler of the year". (P.S.A.O.Y.), and Mac Lassiter would have been even closer than he was if he had been here from the beginning with Don.
Mac Lassiter deserves a big vote of confidence for his service so far at Reeltime Anglers, Delaware Tackle, and Anglers Radio.

Mac will be receiving a nice lure package from Delaware Tackle valued at over $200.00 for being the most improved and dedicated pro staff, considering his short time with us, so he deserves a little extra. We are happy to have Mac Lassiter with us as well as all the staff here, who always go an extra mile for you with information found nowhere else, and dedication to the company and to the sport of bass fishing.

The next 2 years are going to be lots of guys and gals chances to fish for a living first through the FLW tour, Stren series, BFL, weekend series, Federation, (don't worry it will get better later..not worse), in conjunction with the PAA, and B.A.S.S. as they will go through a few more changes and maybe in 2007 or 2008 there may be a little more reason to start backing B.S.S.S. as well as the FLW again? All things change, and this will too, and for the better when it's all over.

But now and for the next two years are the most important times there will be in the Bass Fishing Industry History, mark my words. You must start now or there will not be a spot open for you later!

Change is coming everywhere and Reeltimeanglers will come through with the rest, and add more and more content, and quality equipment and bonus money for wins, so now is the time to decide what you want! Don McClure can help you with any questions in this area.

After the next 2 years it will be pretty hard to tranpose from a 2-3 day a week, 3-8 hour a day angler, to a "Pro" who almost lives on the water and the road, and is away from home alot, especially working for sponsors, as only about 20-40% of your income will come from tournament winnings alone.

Sponsors programs such as boats, and paid seminars, shows, promotions, ad shoots, (entry fees from some sponsors), and more, are the rest of your money unless you own a well established guide service of 30 years or more in a great area like Florida or Texas or Mexico, then you have a little more to fall back on and can make from $60,000 to $100,000 a year from a guide service such as Roland Martin, etc. You are a salesman and the Elite of all Angers at the same time. That is your job as "REAL" pro.

Like to join the team?? To find out more about all the opportunities available for men and women of all ages and levels of experience in bass fishing with Reeltime Anglers just register at the main website and come on in!

Think hard and long on this.. Best of luck, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and God Bless. Steve, Reeltimeanglers/Anglers Radio/Bass Lure Review/Delaware Tackle
