(PRWEB) November 22, 2005 -- Well, November seems to be almost over before it really started. Some of you are getting snow, others floods and high winds. We certainly have had some strange weather all over the country.

Don't despair though, because some of the biggest bass are caught right before the lakes freeze or the water drops below 50 degrees for those of you lucky enough to be living in some of the warmer states.

As far as Reeltimeanglers goes, November is starting off badly weatherwise, but "business wise" it is great!!

We have already had 2 really good informative radio shows with top anglers for those of you who have listened. We have a very good schedule and a great lineup of guests that everyone of all skill levels will learn from this month. Also, our Pro Staff Administrator, Don McClure, and member Dale Gorrell, took first place and took "Big Bass" in the Delaware River PA Open, a very hard tournament to win, and they did it by beating the next highest placing team by more than seven pounds.

Chuck Warren, my partner in all our sites, and webmaster and radio show producer, qualified for the" BFL Regional Championships" held at Kerr Lake his "first year" in higher level tournament events.

A big hand goes out to Chuck, Don, our new Pro Staff member Mac Lassiter, who has been busting his butt to help the site yet still qualified high in all his tournaments as well, and a special thanks goes out to Ryan Haley, who has come a long way this year, and our newest Pro Staff member, Lynn Prince, from Texas who is a great angler, and a loyal and morally upstanding individual and angler.

Anglers Radio is going through some changes, and we have a lot of good things in store for you all soon radio wise along with better sound, and some very knowledgeable guests this winter. For those who have listened and enjoyed the shows, we will be having a "SPECIAL" treat for you in store in December, so If you like nice surprise gifts in the holiday season, I suggest you pay attention to the new shows and make sure you attend all the chats from Thanksgiving on till New Years Day.

We have also just opened the new section of the website, "Bass Lure Review". These reviews will be from our Pro Staff, members, professional and intermediate level anglers, and some well known knowledgeable touring pro's, so be sure to check the new Bass Lure Review site before you make any purchases from us or any store, as we will have numerous, accurate, and detailed, unbiased reviews on many products that you know about, and some new products that you don't know yet, but you will.

The site is located at www.basslurereview.com, and it will grow more and more each week and into the new year.

There will be no more contests for "Big Bass for the Year" for the regular members because of the respose from the polls we put up, so if this is something that makes you unhappy, my suggestion would be to vote on the polls when they are put up, as we adjust the programs and prizes due to your responses and suggestions.

We will be doing special instant contests at various times, but not on the scale we have in the past, as it was not productive after looking at the results from the majority of members.

We have several new Pro Staff members of different levels of sponsorship who have been doing a very good job, and will be promoted to level one if their work continues to be as good as it has been so far, and we have other Pro Staff who just do enough to squeek by with enough to keep their jobs, but in no way stand out above the crowd in any special way.

Those that have, will be awarded lots of perks and priviledges beyond their current levels. There are also two Pro Staff members who are neck and neck for "PRO STAFF OF THE YEAR", which is not only a great honor, but carries a good deal of weight with sponsors and with us in the way of promotions and prizes.

It will be interesting to see how it comes out.

We also have had many members sign up for the Premium Section at levels from Bronze to Gold level, and have already won prizes and received information that is far and above the price of the membership. If you are not a "Premium Member" yet, you should consider this especially for 2006, which will have Reeltimeanglers obtaining many new sponsors and products as well as services that are all new and very detailed and informative at any level of membership, with "Silver Level" really being the main focus of the new programs and contests.

You will all be receiving new top of the line tournament shirts and hats that you will be very proud to wear at any event or club meeting or seminars. All our Pro Staff level one staff will be receiving them shortly after the new year begins.

The level 2 and 3 Pro Staff will also be getting some special things as well that is not now or never has been in your contract agreements with us, but we will be doing anyway as an incentive for you to put in the extra effort to promote the site at every opportunity.

If you have not been to the Delaware Tackle Store in the last week, you have no idea what is there, and if you go there once a week, it will change every week as well, far into the next year. There will be many new products by companies that you all said you wanted, and we got them. We will be producing several new Reeltimeanglers Videos in high quality digital viewing and sound, and will be detailed far beyond any other DVD of the past in both locations, film quality and sound, and information that is not ever given out on anyones video for any price, let alone the prices we will have them for. As usual, all Premium Members will be able to view them all as they are produced at no charge in the Premium Section.

There are also new videos, books, and software programs by many well known professional anglers and big bass hunters that will be sure to please at any price, let alone the price you will be able to get them for at Delaware Tackle.

All Premium members will also get one guide trip a year in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, at "HALF PRICE", with a full day of on the water teaching and fish catching at a private lake or special body of water and you will learn many new techniques and catch some big bass along the way. You will also receive a free DVD of your entire trip, and a Framed 11X14 Photo of the largest fish you catch that day.

There will be special bonus payments for tournament wins for any member of the site, not just Pro Staff, as in the past, that wins a tournament above the club level, if you are wearing any Delaware Tackle or Reeltime Anglers shirts available at low prices right now in the special Delaware Tackle/Reeltimeanglers store at Cafe Press.

It is YOUR responsibility to visit the site, set up an account, and purchase the shirts. Not only will you have a high quality, inexpensive shirt to wear, but can easily have it pay for itself twice over.

We will accept 3 more Bass Lure Review staff who review the products we send out and return a detailed report, with the product in use with you in the photo, or the lure in the bass's mouth. We will edit them and post them for you on Bass Lure Review, just email them to me or Don McClure. You get to KEEP the products that you review.

If you beleive you can write about interesting topics concerning fishing in general, or bass fishing in particular, submit an idea, (queery) of two to three sentences describing the article you want to write about, and submit them to Don McClure and myself, and if accepted, you will be set up and promoted as a "Feature" writer on our homepage of our sites, and receive additional media exposure and a lure package, which you will be able to add to your resume' that will lend a good deal of credibility to your potential sponsorships.

We will also be putting up several POLLS that all members should vote on, as it will determine if we spend our advertising budget on you, or with another source, so it will be to your benefit to vote.

This is only a few things that are in store for 2006 and beyond, and we look forward to hearing much more from all the members with these type of incentive programs and bonus payments in store.

I will say though, that it will work the opposite way as well. If the response to the polls are light or indicate that people don't want to vote on anything that will benefit each and every member, of any skill level, age, or gender, then there will be an end to all incentives and contests, and bonus payments to all but top level Pro Staff only from now on.

We look forward to a great year, and we are ready to help you try to just catch more or bigger fish, or possibly realize your dream of fishing a pro tour or higher level events. It will all be up to you guys and gals. There will be nobody to blame except yourselves for any programs we institute this coming year that you don't take advantage of.

Good Luck, Happy Holidays, and Tight Lines,
